Customer service has steadily gotten worse at this location! After being given the cold shoulder at check in for not checking in online a few times, I finally tried it Saturday. I was walking up to the door and the stylist nearly broke her neck diving to the door to lock it, and pretended I wasn't even there. I didn't realize they closed at an earlier time on Saturday until this happened, and the check in map didn't tell me what time they closed. Why would it even let me check in 15 minutes before closing? Anyway, it was embarrassing! The POLITE thing would have been to at least greet me at the door and explain they were closing, but being rude is par for the course for them. They seem aggravated when the phone rings, aggravated when they have to check someone in, aggravated if you want to try something different than what's saved in their system... so this was the final straw and my family won't be aggravating them ever again.
