I have been a patient of there's for over a year now and they have exceeded any expectations that I have previously had. Truly a "Family" practice.
Considering the employees @ this location speak English I can't figue out why they don't understand when i ask questions in English. I went there for first appt last week and have been scheduled to go back in Oct for complete physical and fasting bloodwork. Today they told me i would have to contact my primary care for a refill on a predisone. They are my only providers of any medical care..that is why i scheduled appt with them, listed them on my insurance as such, and agreed to return for care in the future. Maybe I'm missing something but in the past that meant they were considered my provider. I'm unsure what other title to assign the relationship (or lack of). I can only list one primary provider on my insurance...the only option I see is remove Novant Pfafftown
I'm a stay at home mother of twin boys with no babysitter. They put me on medicine and require me to constantly be seen. I have asked for a change of medicine because it is not helping and I'm in pain and they won't change it unless I am seen again. They expect to see me every 3 weeks. They need to work better with patients considering not every one can afford someone to watch there kids while they go also not having a ride.
